Processing Times – AUSTRALIA
We totally understand that you are keen to get your hands on your brand new My Little Silver pieces, so that you can start rocking it as soon as possible! We aim to post all orders on the same day if the order is placed by 12pm. Orders placed after 12pm will be posted the following business day.
Delivery Options - Australia
FREE Standard Shipping on all Australian orders over $40.00 AUD.
FREE Express Shipping on all Australian orders over $75.00 AUD.
Standard Shipping (2-7 business days)*: Flat rate of $7.50 AUD for orders under $40.00 AUD
Express Shipping (1-4 business days)*: Flat rate of $7.00 AUD for all orders under $75.00 AUD.
To make life easier and a little bit more predictable we ensure that every order has a tracking number, so you can keep track of where your package is at.
We also add the extra security of requiring a signature to receive all parcels, to ensure the safe arrival of your package via Australia Post.
*Please note that some areas may take longer to deliver and we cannot guarantee Australia Post delivery timeframes to certain mail zones. Should you have a concern with an order that has not been delivered within the specified timeframe, please contact us directly and we will do what we can to track its whereabouts.
We take a lot of pride to ensure that your order is packed appropriately to avoid any breakage. Please notify us immediately if you receive your item in a damaged way.
We now offer International Shipping with a flat rate of $35.00 AUD to all countries. We offer FREE shipping on international orders over $200 AUD. We estimate international orders to arrive between 7-10 business days. All shipped orders are tracked and require signature on delivery.
Returns and Exchanges
Please note that we do not accept “change of mind” refunds. We do offer store credit in case you want a different size. All exchanges must be made within 14 days (domestic) or 21 days (international) of item receipt and will be processed as store credit or exchange. My Little Silver does not accept responsibility for return postage costs or items lost while in transit being returned by a customer.
Store credit will be applied to your My Little Silver account, which you would have set up when you made your purchase. This credit will automatically be applied to your next purchase.
All pieces must be returned in their original condition, with tags/labels on and in their original packaging. Items that are not in re-saleable condition will not be accepted.
Should you wish to return an item, please contact us ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org to organise a return authorisation. Items must be returned in original, unworn, as new condition in the original packaging. Please note that we only accept exchanges within 14 days of you receiving your parcel.
Please ensure any package you send us trackable.
We are unable to accept return of any of our earrings (pierced) unless they are faulty due to health and hygiene regulations
Damaged and Faulty Items
In the unfortunate occurrence that you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us at email@example.com with a photo, proof of purchase.
For a damaged or faulty item, we provide a refund or exchange. We ask that goods are returned promptly within 14 days of you receiving them in the original packaging with a copy of your proof of purchase. Once we have received your item/s, they will be inspected, and we will contact you regarding your refund or replacement. We do not take responsibility for returns being lost in transit, and we request you to use a tracking number with any return postage back to My Little Silver.
